1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Mansion Hill Custom Floors located at 324 E. 4th Street Newport, KY 41071 (the "Sponsor").

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on Aug. 29, 2026 and ends on Sept. 13, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, entrants may enter by entering your information on the sheet at the Homerama show, or by entering on our website using the QR code provided. Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase is required to enter.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing on or about Sept. 21, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified phone call and/or email within 3 days of selection. If the winner cannot be reached within 3 days of first notification attempt, or fails to respond/claim the prize within that window, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a credit valued at $1,000 USD (the "Prize"), to be applied exclusively toward the cost of labor and/or materials on a hardwood flooring project performed by Mansion Hill Custom Floors for the winner.

Prize Conditions:

• The Prize is a project credit only and has no cash value. It cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted for cash, check, gift card, or any other form of payment.

• The Prize must be applied to a hardwood flooring project completed by Mansion Hill Custom Floors at a property owned or leased by the winner.

• The Prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered, or assigned to any third party.

• If the winner's project totals less than $1,000, no refund or credit balance will be issued for the difference. If the project exceeds $1,000, the winner is responsible for the remaining balance.

• The Prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner notification date, after which it expires with no residual value.

• Scheduling of the project is subject to Sponsor's standard availability, site inspection, and project agreement/contract terms.

• Any and all taxes associated with the receipt of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may issue a Form 1099 if required by law.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or these Official Rules, at any time without notice, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

9. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, hometown, and project photos/videos for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. Governing Law

This Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky without regard to conflict of law principles.
